Anger Management
Anger management is a term for counseling services designed to help children and adults control their impulses and aggression. Not every child that loses their temper needs anger management. Some things that you may wish to consider when considering your child for anger management are:
1) Does your child lose their temper often?
2) When they lose their temper, does it result in violence?
3) Do they lose their temper for no reason?
4) Do they get mad at everyone?
5) Does your child lose their temper very quickly?
6) Has your child gotten into trouble at school for losing their temper?
If you think about your child and can answer yes to many of these questions, you may want to consider further pursuing anger management counseling.
